At our wooden watch store, customer satisfaction is a priority. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist—under the conditions outlined below.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect in style, size, or color, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following:

Clear photos of the issue

Your order number and recipient information

A photo of the package or shipping label, if possible
Once received, our team will review your case and respond with a resolution, which may include a refund, return, or exchange.
For returns due to a change of mind, we accept requests within 7 days, provided the product meets the following conditions:

The watch must be brand new, unworn, and undamaged

Original packaging, tags, manuals, and all included accessories must be returned intact

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If approved, we will issue a refund within 5 to 7 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
If you would prefer an exchange, please contact us in advance to confirm availability. Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of delivery and follow the same condition requirements as returns. We’ll notify you by email once your new item has shipped.
