How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is in process, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please double-check all information before placing your order. For urgent requests, contact us right away and we’ll try our best.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the package status. If you have an account, you may also log in to check updates.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If the item you received is faulty or doesn’t match your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and your order ID. We will guide you through return or replacement options.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer Economy, Standard, and Express delivery. The cost depends on your location and chosen service, and free shipping is available for qualifying orders. Please see our Shipping Policy for more.
Which countries are not eligible for delivery?
Due to restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries, including North Korea, Iran, Syria, and remote territories. Our system will automatically notify you at checkout if your address is not serviceable.

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
